All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Manola reserve the right to refuse to supply Products to any person for any reason whatsoever, to withdraw any Items from the website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website.

5. Ordering

The website manolajewelry.com contains an instructive guide (www.manolajewelry.com/how-to-order) that will walk users through the process of placing an order and becoming a member. User can place your order for any selected item by clicking on the [Confirm Order] button at the end of the on-line order process. Once user has placed an order, he/she will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order.
Please note that while the website lists only available Product, there may be occasions due to circumstances, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to the user. Unless otherwise notified, Manola’s acceptance of your order occurs when user receives an email notifying him that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside Manola’s control, which may result in user having not received that email in a timely manner.

Manola may not accept your order if:

6. Pricing policy

At the website the prices are given only in Serbian currency (RSD).
Member will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. These prices are subject to change if before user’s order is accepted. The items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

7. Payment and delivery

The order will be sent by Manola via express delivery courier system (www.postexpress.rs), to the address of member within 72 hours of acceptance of the order.
This address may not differ from the address of the person who is paying. Payment will be cleared from the buyer at the moment of receiving the order by Manola’s courier service.
Manola can not take responsibility for any unforeseen expenses due to delays in delivery due to the unavailability of the buyer.

8. Returns

The member has the right to cancel the contract and return the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, bags and tags should be included as part of return. A member is obliged to put also the original fiscal receipt of the goods he wants to return as a part of the return.
PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags.
We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. Manola is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
