The order you place will be sent by Manola via Post of Serbia courier system (, to the address of a member, within 1-3 working days of acceptance of the order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next working day.

We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within fourteen days (14) of your receipt of the ordered items.

In order to receive a refund, items must be unworn and in perfect condition, in the original packaging, otherwise Manola will not accept the exchange or return.

Manola is not responsible for any import taxes, duties or customs fees. In some occasions, packages may be delayed due to customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
