Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is given when you purchase the products from Manola at the website manolajewelry.com

The purpose of manolajewelry.com is to promote and sell Manola products – jewelry and accessories.
The website manolajewelry.com is regulated by the Electronic Commerce Act, and other laws of the legal system of The Republic of Serbia in areas that are not regulated by the law. Manola may modify Terms & Conditions at any moment. By using this website manolajewelry.com after any such change(s), user agrees to comply with the new established conditions. Any changes made after you have placed an order with manolajewelry.com, will not affect that order.

GENERAL

When you place the order, you will receive e-mail from Manola that we are able to send you the products you have ordered.
Manola put great effort to ensure that the displayed products on the website manolajewelry.com reflects a store shopping experience. However, photos showing products may be a bit different from reality due to your computer equipment and the lighting when the photos were taken. Furthermore, as Manola’s items are hand-crafted creations, the items may show ‘finishing’ irregularities, differences in size and/or colors, which cannot be considered as major defects. The validity of the order cannot be affected by the above.

Manola reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any person for any reason whatsoever, to withdraw any Items from the website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website.

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

Currency  conversion is performed at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia and card associations. The payment card user will be indebted in the currency of the account to which the payment card is linked.  As a result of the conversion, there is a possibility that the amount charged differs from the amount displayed on the internet point of sale.

SHIPPING

All products ordered via Manola website manolajewelry.com are delivered WORLDWIDE.

The order you place will be sent by Manola via Post of Serbia courier system (http://www.posta.rs/default-eng.asp), to the address of a member, within 3 – 5 working days of acceptance of the order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next working day.

We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends.

Flat rate of SHIPPING COSTS is 9.99 $

Expected delivery time is from 7 to 10 business days, from the day of acceptance of the order.

Za dostavu pošiljaka unutar Srbije koristimo kurirski servis Post Express. Pri kupovini, troškovi poštarine nisu uključeni i plaćaju se pri isporuci porudžbine, u iznosu od 350,00 din. Dostava porudžbina se vrši radnim danima do 20h, i subotom do 14h. Manola ne može znati tačno vreme isporuke.

TRACKING

Once a shipping label is generated, you will receive an email notification that your order has shipped along with a tracking number and you can always check a tracking status of your order, here:

Make sure your delivery address is correct, otherwise Manola is not responsible for that kind of circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Manola is not responsible for any import taxes, duties or customs fees. In some occasions, packages may be delayed due to customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Also, Manola is not responsible for delays in delivery, lost or stolen items while in transit, but we will help in any way we can to ensure you receive your package.

RETURNS

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within fourteen days (14) of your receipt of the ordered items.

In order to receive a refund, items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with label attached and in the original packaging, otherwise Manola will not accept the exchange or return.

We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. Manola is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
To make a return, please contact us at studio@manolajewelry.com and specify the reason of your return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In case you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of purchased products, excluding the shipping costs. Refund will be made exclusively through  Visa and MasterCard card associations.
